Card Reader Touchscreen Calibration Scenarios

Card reader touchscreen calibration may be necessary if:

  • The signature doesn’t display fully when signing or after signing.
  • It is difficult to select OK after signing.

Lane7000 Touchscreen Calibration

Instructions

  1. Log out of Practice Management Bridge by clicking your username in the upper right corner and selecting Log Off.
    It is required to be logged out of Practice Management Bridge before attempting to recalibrate, otherwise it won’t work properly.
  2. Ensure the card reader displays “terminal closed”, and enter 2, 6, 3, 4, and F.
  3. Select Control Panel > Terminal Settings > Human Interface > Calibrate Touch.
    You can make the selections in two ways.
    Method 1: Use a pen or your finger to tap the selections on the screen.
    Method 2: Use the F key to move through the options and press the green O button to select the necessary options.
  4. Press any keypad number and wait for the calibration to finish.
  5. Press the red X button twice, which should take you back to the “terminal closed” screen.
  6. Log back in to Practice Management Bridge.
