You must contact our Customer Care team if you want to make any of the following changes in relation to Compliant Surcharging:
- Enable or disable Compliant Surcharging for a location(s) and Balance Collect site(s).
This change will likely require a new Merchant Identification Number (MID) to be issued. - Change the surcharge percentage amount (up to 3% or your state's limit).
