You can view, print, or send receipts through email at any point after a transaction has taken place by opening the Transaction Details window. If you printed or emailed a receipt during the transaction, you can use this process to re-print or resend the receipt via email.

  1. Click Reports > Transaction Search in the left menu.
  2. Search for the transaction that you want to pull up the receipt for by using the Transaction Search fields and clicking Submit.
  3. Locate the transaction in the Search Results and click the link under the TXN ID column.
  4. Click the Receipt button on Transaction Details.
  5. On the Payment Accepted pop-up, view, print, or email the receipt.
    To view or print the receipt: Click the Print buttona print preview window will appear for you to view the receipt or choose to Print it.
    To email the receipt: Enter the recipient's email address, update the email's subject line and body if desired, then click Email.
