Encountering an “Access denied” message or being unable to access Practice Admin features indicates that the Role of your user account is Practice Member instead of Practice Admin. See About User Roles for more information on the differences between Practice Member and Practice Admin.
If you believe you should be assigned the Practice Admin role, contact a Practice Admin and coordinate with them. Practice Admins can adjust your user account’s role. See Change a User's Information or Role for more information.
