About Patient Financing Powered by HFD

To sign up for Patient Financing, or to learn more about the plan options that HFD offers, contact Customer Care at 800-337-3630 (option 3) or moc.htlaehelgnatcerobfsctd-37a61b@erac.

Applying

It takes two simple steps to submit an application to HFD.

  1. Start the application in Bridge Payments and share it with the applicant.
  2. The applicant will complete their application and submit it to HFD.

Start an Application

  1. Select Patient Financing in the main menu.
  2. Click Apply Now.
  3. Enter the patient information, applicant information, and the requested amount.
  4. Click Save.
    • Note: Do not click Save until all information is final.
  5. Share the application so that the applicant can complete it with HFD.

There are three ways to share the application:

  • Send a text message with the link to complete the application.
  • Send an email with the link to complete the application.
    • Note: Application links remain active for 90 days.
  • If you have a tablet that the applicant can use in your office, click Continue Application Now and hand them the tablet.
