When you search for a patient in Patient Express, the results page shows key information and actions you can take for each patient:
Patient ID
Click the Patient ID to open the patient’s record. From there, you can:

Edit or add patient information

Send an invitation (via text or email) for the patient to register online
Patient Name
Displays the full name of the patient.
Email Sent
Shows whether an email invitation has been sent for online registration.
Text Sent
Shows whether a text message invitation has been sent for online registration.
Form Complete
Indicates if the patient has submitted their digital registration form.

If the form is complete:

Click View to see the submitted form

Click Vault to view, edit, or charge a payment to the card on file from registration

Send Message

If the patient was already invited by text or email, click Reminder to resend the invitation. The reminder will be sent using the same method as the original message (email, text, or both).

Click Custom to send a message or Text-to-Pay message to the number on file.
Note: If a patient opts out of text messaging, the options under Send Message will be unavailable.
