Note: If you do not see Patient Express as an option in your menu within Bridge Payments, contact your practice administrator or contact Customer Care at 800-337-3630 (option 3) or moc.htlaehelgnatcer@erac.
When you search for a patient in Patient Express, the results page shows key information and actions you can take for each patient:
Patient ID
Click the Patient ID to open the patient’s record. From there, you can:
- Edit or add patient information.
- Send an invitation (via text or email) for the patient to register online.
Patient Name
Displays the full name of the patient.
Email Sent
Shows whether an email invitation has been sent for online registration.
Text Sent
Shows whether a text message invitation has been sent for online registration.
Form Complete
Indicates if the patient has submitted their digital registration form.
- If the form is complete:
- Click View to see the submitted form.
- Click Vault to view, edit, or charge a payment to the card on file from registration.
Send Message
- If the patient was already invited by text or email, click Resend Form to resend the invitation. The reminder will be sent using the same method as the original message (email, text, or both). See Send a Registration Reminder (Patient Express) for more information.
- Click Text-to-Pay to send a Text-to-Pay message or custom text message to the number on file.
- For a Text-to-Pay message: Use the Balance Collect site selection and Amount Due fields.

- For a custom text message: Do not use the Balance Collect site selection and Amount Due fields.

Note: If a patient opts out of text messaging, the options under Send Message will be unavailable. See About Opt-In and Opt-Out for Text Messaging for more information.
