When users log in for the first time, they are presented with two agreements: the Payment Gateway Merchant Service Agreement (required) and the Business Associate Agreement (optional) that they must acknowledge before entering Bridge Payments.
About the Business Associate Agreement (BAA)
Rectangle Health is committed to educating practices on how to safeguard sensitive patient Protected Health Information (PHI). Each party has an obligation to protect patient information. The BAA is an agreement between the Business Associate (Rectangle Health) and the covered entity (all users) assuring that all parties involved can safeguard the security and integrity of PHI.
Users can opt out of the BAA if it is not warranted, due to either limited use of the features within Bridge Payments or in the case of veterinarian practices.
View Your Agreement Record
The Signed Agreements table includes details about whether each agreement was signed or opted out of, along with the date and time that you took the action, and an option to download signed agreements.
- Click your username in the top right corner.
- Select Signed Agreements.
