Configuring Email Notifications for Payment Activities

Practice Management Bridge can alert you via email when certain payment activities take place. The configuration of these emails is done by our Customer Care team. Configuration includes turning the features on and changing the email addresses.

Examples of email notifications include:

  1. Payment received from a patient who used a Balance Collect link.
    • Note: This might include website links, a single Text-to-Pay link from Patient Express within Bridge Payments, or a Bulk Text-to-Pay campaign from Bridge Payments.
  2. Payments received for a Recurring payment plan.
  3. Batch Settlement Statement notifications.
