Are online payments secure?

Yes, Balance Collect meets all security standards and is fully HIPAA-compliant.

What is the Balance Collect link and QR code for?

The Balance Collect link is an account-specific payment link that allows patients to pay their open bills online. The QR code will connect to this link and can assist with collecting payments when it is displayed on your website, on-site, and more. How do I get my Balance Collect payment link and QR code?

You will be sent a customized Balance Collect link and custom QR code that’s connected to your payment site during onboarding from moc.htlaehelgnatcerobfsctd-3ce7ed@noitatnemelpmi. If you cannot locate them, contact Customer Care at 800-337-3630 (option 3) or moc.htlaehelgnatcerobfsctd-7b4937@erac.

Customer Care can also assist with generating new links for new locations and connecting one singular link to multiple locations.

How do patients get a receipt?

Patients are given the option to receive an email receipt or to print one after payment.

When will I see payments in Bridge Payments?

Balance Collect payments appear within 24 hours.

Can I add our logo to the Balance Collect link?

Yes, you can have your logo added to your Balance Collect payment link by contacting our Customer Care team at moc.htlaehelgnatcerobfsctd-88c404@erac. In your email, attach the logo and include that you want the logo uploaded to the Balance Collect link.

Note: If you want your logo added to your patient receipts as well, see Update Patient Receipt Information.

How do I post Balance Collect payments to other systems?

Go to Reports > Transaction Search, search by Source of Balance Collect, and then click Post.

Tip: If your office uses OpenDental or Eaglesoft, Balance Collect payments can post automatically. Contact Customer Care for more information about integrations.
