Note: If you do not see Patient Express as an option in your menu within Bridge Payments, contact your practice administrator or contact Customer Care at 800-337-3630 (option 3) or moc.htlaehelgnatcer @erac.
If a patient was already invited by text or email to register and has not yet submitted their digital form, click Reminder to resend the invitation. The reminder will be sent using the same method as the original message (email, text, or both).
- Select Patient Express in the main menu.
- Search for the patient.
- Click Reminder under Send Message.
A confirmation that the registration link was re-sent is displayed.
