To update the address, phone number, or any additional information on your patient receipts that is incorrect or needs to be changed, contact our Customer Care team at 800-337-3630 (option 3) or moc.htlaehelgnatcer @erac.
If you contact Customer Care by phone, have the updated information available.
If you contact Customer Care by email, include the updated information in the email.
Add Your Logo to Your Patient Receipts
To have your logo added to your patient receipts, contact our Customer Care team via email at moc.htlaehelgnatcer @erac. In the email, attach the logo and include that you would like the logo uploaded to your patient receipts.
