You must contact our Customer Care team if you want to make any of the following changes in relation to Compliant Surcharging:

  • Enable or disable Compliant Surcharging for a location(s) and Balance Collect site(s).
    This change will likely require a new Merchant Identification Number (MID) to be issued.
  • Change the surcharge percentage amount (up to 3% or your state's limit).
    This change may require a new Merchant Identification Number (MID) to be issued.

Contact our Customer Care team for assistance by calling 800-337-3630 or emailing [email protected]. They will walk you through how to get a new MID that includes your desired change(s).
