Partial refunding with surcharging must be activated per Merchant Account (location). When partial refunding is enabled, you specify the amount of the original payment to refund, and the system will automatically calculate and include the correct portion of the surcharge in the total refund.
To change whether partial refunding with surcharging is enabled or disabled, contact Customer Care by calling 800-337-3630 or emailing [email protected]. If you have more than one location, let the Customer Care team know which one(s) should have the changes applied.
