Physical Surcharging Signage

To remain compliant with surcharging regulations, signage must be clearly displayed at both the point of customer entry and each point of payment. The two samples below should be placed near the card reader where transactions are processed. More signage samples are available after these two.

Point of entry:

Surcharge Disclaimer with Balance Collect

If you have a Balance Collect site(s) to collect online payments from patients and have Compliant Surcharging enabled, a surcharge disclaimer will automatically appear if credit card information is entered.
