If you encounter issues with certificates or continuing education (CE) credits in Bridge Compliance, the cause varies based on the issue you are experiencing.

Unable to Locate Your Certificate

A certificate is available immediately after you complete training to view, download, or print it. It is also available for you or a Practice Admin to access anytime afterwards. See the following resources for more information:

If you cannot find your certificate, it has either not been processed yet or the training is incomplete.

Unable to Download Certificate

If you cannot download your certificate, the cause is either a browser or permissions issue. When using Bridge Compliance, we recommend using Google Chrome as your web browser because Bridge Compliance is optimized for Chrome. See Troubleshooting: Device and Browser Compatibility for more information.

Certificate is Delayed

If your certificate is delayed, it is likely due to a backend processing delay.

Certificate is Incorrect

If your certificate is incorrect, it needs a backend update.

Correct Names on Certificates

If names on certificates are not correct, they can be corrected by contacting Customer Care at 800-337-3630 (option 3) or [email protected].

Causes for Certificate Delays

Certificate delays are caused by backend processing.

CE Credits Are Missing

If your CE credits are missing, it is because they have not processed yet.
