Who is applicable for continuing education (CE)?
Continuing education (CE) is only applicable to dental users.
How many credits does each course offer?
- HIPAA Officer Course = 2 Credits
- OSHA Infection Control Course = 2 Credits
- OSHA BBP Course = 1 Credit
- OSHA HazComm Course = 1 Credit
- Over 1,000 additional free credits offered in the Continuing Education section
How do I get the certificates?
Certificates for the HIPAA and OSHA courses are available:
- Immediately after you complete your training
- In Settings > My Account
- (Practice Admin only) In Settings > My Users
You can view, download, or print your certificates. See View, Download, or Print Continued Education (CE) Certificates for more information.
All other certificates are emailed to you upon completion of a course and are available in OfficeSafe University > Continuing Education > CE Completed.
Do you submit the credits on my behalf?
No, you must submit them.
Will these be accepted by a board, school, state agency, etc.?
You will need to confirm this with your board, school, state agency, etc.
What entity is providing the accreditation?
Our accreditation is through PACE Academy of General Dentistry.
Who has access to these courses?
Continuing Education is available to both Practice Admins and Practice Members in Bridge Compliance.
How can I search for a course or see a list of available categories?
You must first access the Dental CE Training from Bridge Compliance by clicking OfficeSafe University > Continuing Education and choosing the Access button.
A new tab will open the Dental CE Training. In the let-hand menu, choose All Content under Browse Content.
If you have not set up your Dental CE Training account, you will need to do that first before you can browse all the content or complete any other actions in Dental CE Training.
How can I find out about upcoming webinars?
The Dental CE Training homepage lists upcoming courses in chronological order, earliest date first. Email notifications are also sent.
