Instructions
- Select HIPAA > Documents and Policies from the left menu.
- Expand the Practice Forms and Logs section, then click HIPAA Privacy and Security Officers Designation.
- Enter the names of your designated Privacy and Security Officers.
Notes:- Client Name refers to the name of your practice or organization.
- If the same person is serving as both roles, be sure to enter their name in both fields.
- Changes are saved automatically.
- Click the Create PDF button.
