Every Bridge Compliance user has a status applied to them: Active or Inactive.
- Active: Automatically applied to a user’s account at the time of creation. Users with an Active status can access and use Bridge Compliance.
- Inactive: User accounts can be deactivated by Practice Admins, which applies the Inactive status to the user(s). Users with an Inactive status cannot access and use Bridge Compliance and is often given to users who leave the practice. The Inactive status applied to a user can be changed back to Active status if desired.
Only Practice Admin users can change a user’s status.
