You can reset your Bridge Compliance password if you experience the following:
- You forgot your password.
- You need to change your password.
There are three password reset methods available.
- Option 1: Use the Forgotten Password? Tool
- Option 2: Change your password while logged in to Bridge Compliance
- Option 3: Have a Practice Admin to reset your password
There are also actions you can take if you encounter issues:

Use the Forgotten Password? Tool
If you forgot your password and cannot log in to Bridge Compliance, you can use the Forgotten Password? tool.
Instructions
- Click on the Forgotten password? link on the Bridge Compliance Login screen.
- Enter and submit your email address associated with your Bridge Compliance account.
- Check your email for a password reset email and click the link in the email to confirm your new password.
Ensure your password meets the password requirements and that you don’t use a previous Bridge Compliance password, otherwise it may not be accepted. - Log in with your new password.
Change Your Password While Logged In to Bridge Compliance
You can change your password yourself with this method if you know your current password and can log in to Bridge Compliance.
Instructions
- Select Settings > My Account from the left menu.
- Click the Change Password button in the upper right corner of the screen.
- On the Change Password pop-up, enter the following fields:
- Current Password
- New Password
- Confirm New Password
Ensure your password meets the password requirements and that you don’t use a previous Bridge Compliance password, otherwise it may not be accepted.
- Click the Change Password button.
Your password has been changed. Remember to use the new password upon your next log in.
Have a Practice Admin to Reset Your Password
Practice Admin users can reset user passwords. You can reach out to one for assistance.
Practice Member Instructions
- Contact a Practice Admin user and request that they reset your password.
- After the Practice Admin user resets your password, check your email for a password reset email and click the link in the email to confirm your new password.
The password reset email will be sent to the email address on file.
Ensure your password meets the password requirements and that you don’t use a previous Bridge Compliance password, otherwise it may not be accepted. - Log in with your new password.
Practice Admin Instructions
- Select Settings > My Users from the left menu.
- Locate the user you want to update.
- Click View User next to their name.
- Click the Reset Password button.
This will send the user an email to create a new password.
Actions to Take if Password Reset Email Not Received
If you do not receive the password reset email after using the Forgotten password? Tool or having a Practice Admin send you one:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder to ensure the password reset email did not get filtered there.
- If the password reset email is not in your Spam or Junk folder, it may be possible that the email associated with your Bridge Compliance account is incorrect. Connect with a Practice Admin to have them check what the associated email is and have them update it to be correct.

Actions to Take if Password Reset Fails or An Error Occurs
If the password reset fails, then it is likely because the password reset email link expired. Reset your password again with any of the password reset methods, and if you receive a password reset link, use it immediately.
If the Reset screen errors out, then it is due to an expired or used token. We recommend clearing your browser’s cache or cookies. See Troubleshooting: Clear Your Browser’s Cache or Cookies for more information.
