We recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies if you experience any issues as you use Bridge Compliance. Some issues caused by your browser’s cache or cookies can include the following:

  • Stuck on Login screen
  • Login keeps refreshing
  • Login fails repeatedly
  • Login rejects session
  • Error page after login
  • Login errors
  • Form unable to be submitted

If you aren’t already, we also recommend using the Chrome browser on a desktop computer, as Bridge Compliance is optimized for Chrome.

Instructions

  1. Click on the three vertical dots icon in the upper-right hand corner of your Chrome browser window.
  2. Choose Delete browsing data….
  3. Select a time range of browsing data to delete.
    Options:
    • Last 15 min
    • Last hour
    • Last 24 hours
    • Last 7 days
    • Last 4 weeks
    • All time
      Note: Selecting a shorter timeframe may not resolve the issue.
  4. In the Delete browsing data pop-up, ensure the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are selected.
  5. Click the Delete from this device button.
