We recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies if you experience any issues as you use Bridge Compliance. Some issues caused by your browser’s cache or cookies can include the following:
- Stuck on Login screen
- Login keeps refreshing
- Login fails repeatedly
- Login rejects session
- Error page after login
- Login errors
- Form unable to be submitted
If you aren’t already, we also recommend using the Chrome browser on a desktop computer, as Bridge Compliance is optimized for Chrome.
Instructions
- Click on the three vertical dots icon in the upper-right hand corner of your Chrome browser window.
- Choose Delete browsing data….
- Select a time range of browsing data to delete.
Options:- Last 15 min
- Last hour
- Last 24 hours
- Last 7 days
- Last 4 weeks
- All time
Note: Selecting a shorter timeframe may not resolve the issue.
- In the Delete browsing data pop-up, ensure the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are selected.
- Click the Delete from this device button.
