Update OSHA Plans

You can update previously created OSHA plan documents created in Bridge Compliance by editing them.

We recommend reviewing and updating your OSHA plans regularly to reflect any changes in personnel or procedures.

Instructions

1. Select OSHA > Documents from the left menu.
2. Click View > Edit to open the template for the plan you want to update.
   Three OSHA plan documents are available:
   • Bloodborne Pathogens: Exposure Control Plan
   • Hazard Communication Plan
   • Respiratory Protection Standard Plan
3. Make the update(s) in the text box prompts for the respective section(s).
   Sections vary based on which plan you are completing.
   Tip: Use the Continue or Back buttons to navigate between sections, or the navigation menu.
4. After completing all sections of the plan, download a PDF of the finished document.

What Happens Next

The update date of the plan will be shown on the OSHA Documents screen.
