You can create, complete, and download all required OSHA plans in Bridge Compliance.

OSHA plans are a required part of workplace safety compliance. They outline how your practice prevents and responds to health and safety risks.

Keeping your OSHA plans up to date helps protect your team, avoid violations, and demonstrate compliance in the event of an inspection.

Healthcare and dental employers are required by OSHA to maintain written plans for:

  • Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control Plan
  • Hazard Communication Plan

These plans help ensure a safe workplace by documenting how your organization identifies, mitigates, and responds to key health and safety risks.

Note: If your staff is required to wear N-95 masks in the office, you must also complete the Respiratory Protection Standard Plan.

Each plan includes an easy-to-use template that guides you through every section and prompts you to fill in open text boxes. These text boxes may ask for the responsible person or role in your organization, as well as details about your organization’s specific conditions and protocols, depending on the context.

Time to complete this requirement: 30-45 minutes

To follow a guided tour of this process, see OSHA Compliance Requirement: Create and Maintain OSHA Plans.
