New users in Bridge Compliance are automatically sent a Welcome email that contains their login details. If your Welcome email expired or you did not receive it, the invite can be re-sent.
To resend the invite, you must have the Practice Admin user role. If your organization does not yet have a Practice Admin, the first Practice Admin must be created by Customer Care. To designate a Practice Admin user, contact Customer Care at 800-337-3630 (option 3) or [email protected].

Practice Member Instructions
- Reach out to a Practice Admin user and request that they resend the invite to you.
- When the invite appears, use it.
The invite link is only valid for about 24 hours.
Practice Admin Instructions
- Select Settings > My Users from the left menu.
- Find the user(s) who need the invite to be re-sent to them and use the box(es) to the left to select them.
- Click the Resend Invite button.
You may want to inform the user(s) that it was re-sent so they can check their email and use it before it expires, or so they can confirm with you that they received it.
The link is valid for 24 hours.

Actions to Take if Welcome Email Still Not Received
If you still do not receive the Welcome email after it has been re-sent by a Practice Admin, check your Spam or Junk folders in case it’s being filtered there.
If the Welcome email is not in your Spam or Junk folders, it’s possible that the email associated with your Bridge Compliance account is incorrect. Connect with a Practice Admin to have them check what the associated email is and have them update it to be correct. Practice Admins can see Change a User’s Information or Role for more information.
