You can view the details of Recurring payment plans in Bridge Payments. Payment plan details include helpful information like:

  • How much remains on the total balance
  • When the next payment will occur
  • How many installments remain

Text Instructions

  1. Select Recurring in the main menu.
  2. Search for a specific Recurring payment plan by entering your search criteria or leave all the fields empty, then click Submit.
    Tip: To search for a specific payment plan, enter the cardholder's name or an Additional Information field from when the payment plan was created (e.g., patient name or patient account number).
  3. Locate the payment plan record and click its Recurring ID link to view the details of the Recurring plan from the Search Results.
  4. (Optional) To review details of the Pre-Authorized Healthcare Form (PAHCF), click the PAHCF button.
    Tip: If you click Print, you can view a preview of the form.

Considerations

Editing a payment plan is not currently supported in Bridge Payments. If you need to change the details of a payment plan, deactivate the payment plan and then create a new payment plan with the revised details.
