Note: The Send Message column's Custom function is now called Text-to-Pay. While the name is changed, its function of sending patients a Text-to-Pay message or custom text message is the same.
- For a Text-to-Pay message: Use the Balance Collect sites and Amount Due fields.
- For a custom text message: Do not use the Balance Collect sites and Amount Due fields.

You must have access to Patient Express to use it. If you do not see Patient Express as an option in your menu within Bridge Payments:
