You can use Transaction Search with Bridge Payments to locate and view transaction details.
Instructions
After a payment is posted, posting details are displayed in two places:

In the Posted By and Posted On columns of the Search Results of Transaction Search.

- At the bottom of Transaction Details.

To view a transaction's posting status and details via Transaction Search Results:
- Click Reports > Transaction Search.
The most recent transactions automatically load and appear in descending order before you enter any search criteria. - (Optional) Use the filter options and click Submit to narrow down the results.
If your office uses custom fields, those will also be available as search criteria. - Scroll to the Search Results, then scroll to the right to view the Posted By and Posted On columns.
If a payment has not been posted: A dash (-) is displayed in the Posted By and Posted On columns.
If a payment has been posted: The Posted By and Posted On columns will note who posted the payment and when. When the transaction is posted via API Call, the Posted By username is PMB_APIUser.
To view posting status and details via Transaction Details:
- Click Reports > Transaction Search.
(Optional) Use the filter options and click Submit to narrow down the results.
If your office uses custom fields, those will also be available as search criteria. - Scroll to the Search Results and open a transaction by clicking the Transaction ID link in the TXN ID column.
- Look at the bottom of the Transaction Details pop-up for posting status and details.
If the payment has not been posted: Posting information is not displayed.
If the payment has posted: Posting information is displayed. When the transaction is posted via API Call, the Posted by username is PMB_APIUser.
