The Fall 2025 Release makes payments faster, safer, and more reliable. Updates include clearer Text-to-Pay tools, faster patient search, stronger fraud protection, improved device connections, and our first self-service onboarding workflow for PayerSync. These enhancements save staff time, simplify setup, and reflect our commitment to evolving how we deliver products and support your success.

What’s new this fall:

Bridge™ Payments
Patient Express Button Changes

We’ve made it easier to re-send digital forms and send payment requests through Text-to-Pay. Button labels are now clearer and patient search is faster. These changes help your staff save time and make Text-to-Pay simpler to use.

Agent Updates (continued)
Commitment to Improving Connection Stability

Through the rest of the year, we’re rolling out an updated version of the Windows Agent that connects your payment devices to Bridge Payments.

  • Lane7000 devices: You’ll see refreshed device screens along with improved connection reliability.
  • Ingenico iSC250 devices: You’ll benefit from more reliable connections.
  • No action is required; the update will install automatically after we notify you with a message within Bridge Payments.
