Troubleshooting: Enter Card Details Pop-Up Does Not Appear

Home Bridge Payments Troubleshooting Troubleshooting: Enter Card Details Pop-Up Does Not Appear

Practice Management Bridge automatically has an Enter Card Details pop-up window to help automate the processing of a card that a patient has inserted, swiped, or tapped on the card reader. If the Enter Card Details pop-up does not appear when the patient initiates payment, there are two potential causes:

  • Your web browser blocks pop-up windows, which could also cause the card reader screen to get stuck on "waiting for cashier" or "authorizing, please wait".
  • The Rectangle Health Windows Agent is either not running or not installed.

The instructions to resolve the issue vary depending on what the cause is.
