If a patient receipt is not printing, the cause could be due to a few different reasons.

Ensure that you have paper/receipt rolls in your machine. If you do have the necessary paper and it is installed correctly, but your machine still will not print the receipt, use our Help Center's Chat with us button or chat icon, or contact our Technical Support team at 800-337-3630 (option 4, then option 1).
