Complete Your HIPAA and OSHA Training

You can complete your HIPAA and OSHA training and acknowledgements in Bridge Compliance.

The training, acknowledgements, and quizzes you need to complete will vary depending on your user role (Practice Admin or Practice Member).

HIPAA Training and Acknowledgements

Instructions

1. Select OfficeSafe University > HIPAA Training from the left menu.
2. (For HIPAA Officers only) Complete the HIPAA training and acknowledgements in the HIPAA Officer Training tab.
   • HIPAA Officer Certification
     Completion time: 2 hours
   • Employee Training Acknowledgement
   • Policies Acknowledgement
3. Complete your HIPAA quizzes in the HIPAA Quizzes tab.
   • HIPAA Policies and Procedures Quiz
   • The HIPAA Quiz
   • The HIPAA Quiz #2
   • Employee Training and Acknowledgement
   • Policies Acknowledgement
     Notes:
     • It is mandatory to watch the videos in the Training Videos section before taking the HIPAA quizzes.
     • You must get 80% or better to earn a certificate.
     • Wrong answers are explained.
4. If desired, you can click the Get Certificate button after completing the training, acknowledgement, or quiz to download or print it.
   A new tab will open in your browser. Click the Print or Save icon to print or download it to your computer.
   You can access this certificate later and download or print it again. See View, Download, or Print Certificates for more information.

OSHA Training and Acknowledgements

Note: Bloodborne Pathogens training must be done annually.

Instructions

1. Select OfficeSafe University > OSHA Training from the left menu.
2. Complete your OSHA training.
   • Bloodborne Pathogens
     Completion time: 1 hour
   • Hazard Communication
     Completion time: 1 hour
   • Infection Control
     Completion time: 2 hours
3. If desired, you can click the Get Certificate button after completing the training, acknowledgement, or quiz to download or print it.
   A new tab will open in your browser. Click the Print or Save icon to print or download it to your computer.
