A Bridge Compliance account may be inactive or closed. There are differences between inactive and closed.
- Inactive: Inactive is an Activity Status that user accounts have. The Activity Status is assigned by a Practice Admin and provides access to Bridge Compliance. Inactive is intended to be applied to users who leave a practice. If a practice’s Bridge Compliance account is closed, that can also make every user account for a practice gain the Inactive Activity Status.
- Closed: If a Bridge Compliance account for a practice is closed, it is due to administrative action.
If your account is inactive and you are still at the practice: It may be possible that a Practice Admin accidentally set your Activity Status to Inactive during the set up or editing of your user account. Contact a Practice Admin to let them know and they can check on and adjust your Activity Status from Inactive to Active.
