Home Payments Management Bridge Additional Features View a Completed Registration Form (Patient Express)

If you do not see Patient Express as an option in your menu within Bridge Payments, contact your practice administrator or contact Customer Care at 800-337-3630 (option 3) or [email protected].

After a patient submits a digital registration form, you can view their questionnaire answers within Patient Express.

Instructions

  1. Select Patient Express in the main menu.
  2. Search for the patient.
  3. (Optional) Verify whether the patient has been sent a registration link by reviewing the Email Sent and Text Sent columns.
    If Email Sent, Text Sent, or both columns are checked, then it means the method has been used to send the patient a link to register.
  4. Click View under the Form Complete column.
    If View is grayed out, it means the patient has not submitted their registration.
