You can check when your completed training, acknowledgements, or quizzes will expire in Bridge Compliance.
Completed training, acknowledgements, or quizzes are only valid for one year. You will need to retake them prior to them expiring.
Practice Admins can also check the expiration date for their staff’s completed training, acknowledgements, and quizzes.

Instructions
- Select Settings > My Account from the left menu.
- Click the My Compliance button.
- Review the expiration date listed under the Expires On column.
If there is no date, then the training, acknowledgement, or quiz has not been completed. This is further indicated by the Status column listing Incomplete.

These instructions are only for Practice Admin users.
Instructions
- Select Settings > My Users from the left menu.
- Find the specific user whose certificate you wish to view, download, or print.
If you cannot find the user: They may have an Inactive status. Click the Show Inactive Users button and search for them again.
Tip: Use the Search function to narrow down the list of users. - Click the icon under either the HIPAA Compliance or OSHA Compliance columns.
The icon will either be a red X or a green checkmark.
This will open the Compliance pop-up for the user (i.e., First Last’s Compliance). - Review the expiration date listed under the Expires On column.
If there is no date, then the training, acknowledgement, or quiz has not been completed. This is further indicated by the Status column listing Incomplete.
