Training, acknowledgement, and quiz progress can be checked in Bridge Compliance. Your user role will dictate whose progress you can track.
- Practice Admin: You can track your own training progress and your staff’s training progress.
- Practice Member: You can only track your own training progress.
By tracking your or your staff’s progress, you can ensure you are on top of your compliance requirements.
Check Your Own Training Progress
The My Compliance screen will show the training and acknowledgements you need to complete and will show your progress.
Instructions
- Select Settings > My Account from the left menu.
- Click the My Compliance button.
- Review your progress for your training and acknowledgements by seeing what is listed under the Status column.
The Status column will indicate if the training or acknowledgement is incomplete or complete.
Check Your Staff’s Training Progress
These instructions can only be followed by Practice Admins. If your organization does not yet have a Practice Admin, the first Practice Admin must be created by Customer Care. To designate a Practice Admin user, contact Customer Care at 800-337-3630 (option 3) or [email protected].
Instructions
- Select Settings > My Users from the left menu.
- (Optional) Filter by the Created On date.
Each user has a Created On date that indicates when they were first added to the portal. You can filter by this column to quickly review the status of newly added employees. - Go to the HIPAA Compliance and OSHA Compliance columns and see what is listed for the user(s).
Green checkmark: This indicates the user has completed all required HIPAA/OSHA training, including signing both acknowledgements.
Red X: This indicates that the user has not yet completed all requirements. This icon will remain a red X until all training is completed, and both acknowledgements are signed.
If a user has completed the courses but has not signed the acknowledgements, they only need to return and sign them. They do not need to retake the training. - Click the icon (green checkmark or red X) to see a detailed view of the user’s progress.
This will open a window showing the user’s assigned courses, where you can:- View the expiration date (set to 12 months from the completion date).
- Access any certificates and/or CE documents associated with the training, which can be downloaded or printed as needed.
