To remind staff to complete any outstanding training, acknowledgements, and quizzes in Bridge Compliance, you must be assigned the role of a Practice Admin. If your organization does not yet have a Practice Admin, the first Practice Admin must be created by Customer Care. To designate a Practice Admin user, contact Customer Care at 800-337-3630 (option 3) or [email protected].
You can use the Remind All Users function to remind users to complete training, acknowledgements, and quizzes. This will send a notification to applicable users. This tool helps you ensure everyone is up to date on their HIPAA and OSHA requirements.
Instructions
- Select Settings > My Users from the left menu.
- Click the Remind All Users button.
