Bridge™ Payments

We’ve expanded availability of Compliant Surcharging to eligible organizations in New York and Oklahoma.

PayerSync™

Remark Codes

The Remark Codes tab. Remark codes with accompanying descriptions are displayed in the Remark Code and Description columns.

Full descriptions for remark codes are now displayed, meaning you’ll see clear explanations for adjustment reasons without needing to look them up externally.

Devices

Two card readers, with one displaying a signature screen while the other displays icons to tap, insert, or swipe a card.

Card Reader Agent Updates

This upgrade delivers more reliable card reader connections and a clearer checkout experience, with Lane7000 devices now displaying the amount owed.

NextGen Posting Failure Notifications

NextGen-integrated Bridge Payments now include real-time alerts to notify you immediately of posting failures, helping you resolve issues faster and keep workflows running smoothly.

NextGen Prepayment

Now enabling practices to take deposits on future encounters. When encounter and item IDs are provided, Bridge Payments can apply payments to upcoming invoices, supporting new workflows for high-cost procedures that require deposits.

Integration with Greenway

With this integration, you can process patient account payments, apply payments to specific line items, look up balances, and give patients visibility into line-item balances in Balance Collect online payment portal.

Easier Balance Collect Access

Phone number login replaces SSN authentication in Balance Collect for NextGen and Greenway integrations, improving patient access while keeping payments seamlessly synced.
